When you open my file cabinet, the first thing you see are file folders for September through June, separated into activities and activity sheets.  For example, I have a folder labeled September-Activities, and then a folder labeled September-Activity Sheets. 

This is so if I need to create a morning work activity sheet, or an after-test packet, I can quickly grab all my fun monthly activity sheets to copy.  If I'm looking for a hands-on craft or game to play with the kids, I look in the activities folder.  I have separated each of these monthly pages into the two sections so you can make the two folders for each month as well.
